Don't bother, RMA the board. They shouldn't be anywhere near that high at idle.

Alright, I just registered at BFG. I'll still have to resiter the actual card though.

EDIT: After looking it up online, some places say 52-55 is fine for idle, while some say it isn't. I don't know if the card they were talking about where OC or not, so that could be the case too.
