Play on some of the US pubs. You'll get an idea of the community at least, if not a good game.

The team tried as much as possible to make lag a minor factor, so this would be good testing as well.

IIRC there wasn't that huge of a nz/aussie community in TFC, the majority of communities in FF currently are old TFC players and a few new people, once the bugs are squashed, maybe the nz/aussie people will travel over to FF:P

I don't think there is any Oceanic servers that i can find so I'm always playing on US or europe ones with 200+ ping.

The only server I got to is NFO and :E0:

because that's about the only ones that fill up after 10 PM (GMT +1)

Looking on the server list tonight its the most players ive seen playing in a while! FF is definatly growing Woohoo!

I kinda agree with u I have around 60 ping+- in European servers which is pretty good considering that i live in the middle of the Atlantic ocean :P, at weekends i use to be wake up till 4 am or so, and at that hour theres no players around which is comprehensible, i could go to a us server, considering that there is still 11 Pm or so, but i would have a ping of 160+-, and it sucks to be in disadvantage , and to fanatic gamers like me u want always to have low ping/the mouse pad washed

reboot in the pc before joining a server etc etc:P so i kinda see ur point and agree.The only viable class with that sort of pings its engy and u still would be in disadvantage. The resolution to the problem.. Rent a server in your area, maybe would be a hit! considering that are none there.Another possibility is to upgrade ur connection to 16 mb, last solution is to emigrate lolz

May i recommend AE, Ns, eO, NFO or any of the current clan servers. If you're in Europe, you may find servers for clans like House of Lords, etc.. Also, in these forums there is a section where you can contact any of the clans that play ff..most have public servers where the action is hopping..on any given day you may find at least 8 guys on the AE server, same goes with eO or NFO..There is always action to be had..just gotta be willing to either go find it or wait till it comes to you..and believe me, it will come to you..another thing too, is that alot of times, people switch games, some will play tfc and FF or FF and tf2, etc..you get the idea..there is so much gaming to do..people like to spread it around
