okay so maybe the bhop has slowed down, but base speeds are still waaay faster. i dont know the exact figures for the base speeds offhand so i can't back that up.

leave the base speeds alone and let newbs learn to bhop. every game has advanced shit you learn if you get into the game. sane thing here.

I understand that with skimming and heightened base speeds FF may seem as fast etc. but seriously 108% bhop cap makes me cry.

The 108% cap was one of the values being tested. It is still under constant review during the beta testing and being modified and tested on a semi-regular basis until the "sweet spot" is reached. Ultimately, it will end up to be on release a value that meets the concensus of the dev team as to what they feel is the optimum balance for gameplay.

Im okay at all classes but i think im above average with solly and im TRYING to be a better scout but i cant bhop =(.
Concing is good except when im not in the mood i miss em all. Like Pyro D on dustbowl running into the attackers area and flaming everything ahahaha. Medic D! =P whats better than a dude with decent speed and a super shotty plus 4 nades? Spy is fun to pwn that sniper that u really hate. Scout crowbar kills are awesome. I think all classes are fun to play in their own way. |
