In my experience, when confronted with this question it's often the men who insist their peni are small that would be larger. It's a confidence thing. Of course I've never layed eyes on those people so I could certainly be mistaken. But one thing is for sure,

To tell a bunch your friends in a serious tone of voice that you've got a small dick you need to at least have huge balls.

That said, mine is miniscule.
