Hey GambiT, great work man, I really like the way it looks...It could use some lighting though, maybe not brightening it up, but it needs more light.

If you remember in Episode 1 when Gordon breaks into that Combine prison/base and there are roaming spot lights, perhaps you could cue those up when the key has been taken, and have them just shine on different areas of the map, or even off when the key is safe, since it's such a dark map, this could help the defense know that the key is out, besides the nice lady telling them.

All in all it looks great, looking forward to seeing what you can do with it.

oh, and make the lights on the entrances go away. they only help the D alot, and make spies useless

there has already been a plan to disallow them to show on disguised or cloaked spies...other then that I see no problem with the lights provided they still only flash IF your IN the yard and not around the ledge.

Hey Gambz, any chance of adding a little variation in the yard's groundwork? I just think rain should = puddles.

Also, if it's raining, what are ya gonna do about the yard tunnel? This is a problem I have not been able to figure out myself... if you have a door on a roof and there is rain/snow, how do you make it appear when the door opens and disappear when the door closes?

there could be a sewer system(behind the detwall) under the yard where the tunnel leads to, and the grate at the shower could be a movable toilet or something

I think he's saying that if you have like snow on the ground that covers an exit (think trap door or something) how do you make the snow disappear when the door moves? cause just putting the snow on the ground it would "cover" the nothingness that is left when the door opens and look really bad...same with a puddle...if you put a door under a puddle are you able to have it go away when / if you put a door below it when the door is open?

the tunnel entrance is probably going to be a cement drainage type deal, seeing as how you cant blow up displacements, i'll have to put something else there...

Says who? The yard looks overly dark compared to prior releases. I don't really even remember how dark the tfc one is.

I'd much rather see doodz running around in there than having it where it looks like I'm being shot by nothing.

eh just make a mock up section of displacements from brushwork to cover the hole, no need to be restrained by the static nature of displacements.
