Use a triple stack jump. Lay three napalms near the wall all in a clump. Then HH napjump over the burning area. Timed right it should rocket you up to the next area. Just keep practicing and you will get the timing right.

not to mention that you only start out with like 50 cells too, picking up no ammo makes you useless fast

If Jump 5 gets you, you will hate 6 or maybe its 7. The air control jump. I love that map.

It's not supposed to last long in that situation, it would only be used against mass engis while operating in a group, for normal play you should always grab an ammo bag, that leaves you with max shells, rockets, and 170 cells.

Start by laying three naps down in the same place near the wall. Start priming your last nap, when its just about ready to explode run into the flames and rocket jump straight up. If timed right your hand held nap should explode a split second after you IC jump. Thats called a HH, or Hand Held, nap jump.
