I wish. If you think he's great, you should really check out the podcasts (if you haven't already). The "Karl's Diary" segments are absolutely the funniest things I've ever heard.

Good old Karl. I think one of my favourite Karl discussions is the one with him picking a super hero power.

The original first series was free, but now its only available as an audiobook and it costs moneys. Just torrent them, they should be free anyways.

EDIT: Also, all three people involved are set for life (biggest downloaded podcast ever, in the Guinness Book of Records)... plus The Office and Extras.. and the American Office. They don't need your money.

Huh? British English? Do you mean you can't understand the accents.. or the phrases/slang.. or the references.. or just don't get British humor?

Start with "The Office" (BBC) and work from there. If you use your head when you don't understand something, and work from context, it isn't very hard to make the comparison to something American.

British television, radio, and music stars are still beyond me for the most part though. The Steve Show is helping me out with that last bit though.

I think he's got the same problem as me: I can't make out half of what's being said. He's pretty quiet/mumbly, and that plus the accent makes it difficult to follow. I caught like 70% of what I watched, but mostly it seemed like the big fellow was just laughing like a horse at nothing in particular.

That's pretty much it.
