I'll be honest, I'd rather have 5-6 offical maps on start, then have the devs add a map or two every couple patches (assuming a patch or so a week at the beginning). Adding a few maps at a time would give each more attention. I would recommend, however, including all the good 3rd-party maps as prudent into subsequent patches. It would inflate the patch size a bit, but it's better than joining a server and having it clear out whenever a custom map comes on (since so few servers seem to be able to setup proper map downloading).

Well would you be able to have it so you can set up updates like HL2/CS:S does on steam where it auto updates?

or would you have to do it the HL way and just download a small patch Via the FF website and install it and just paste it or w/e in the FF folder?

You make it sound as though there are lots of CSs, rather than 2. And Dust2 is probably one of the most balanced maps out there, so it's not unusual that it's played alot.

I'm just waiting for Nuke...

One thing I DONT want is different servers running different versions of the game, it gets way to hard to find a decent server running your version

Yah Nuke was awsome. Alot of maps are balanced in cs. cept assault some reason CT's have ahuge advantage now.

Militia. Siege and Vertigo are the maps im waiting for. Nuke had its moments.
