Hmm...why have forward on mouse? Why not play on WASD or a variation? It's the same practically. And use that mouse button for something more important. Just asking.

I have more control with my left hand, so I tend to put my more important keys on my left hand.

I have very little control over my right hand. I had some back issues that caused me to lose some nerve and muscle control in my right arm and fingers. What that means is that my arm doesn't respond to my brain as fast as it should.

I got you the first time, if you thought I was carrying it on. That isn't good but that makes sense with your condition.

In England chips are what you call fries but they are fatter. They were under the grill. We have the thin ones as well and can call those chips too or french fries.

I use mouse2 for forward and F/G/V for straif left/right/back. This way I have access to QWERTASDZXC for other buttons.

e = gren1
w = gren2
d = reload
c = crouch
x = discard
a = dropitems
z = spyfeign
q = detpackset
r = use
t = spray
b = attack2
mouse4 = detdispenser
mwheelup = jump (for bhop)
space = jump

EEEEVIILLLL

Ok, I have to represent the Skynet control scheme (sorry I didn't read all 15 pages to see if its been posted before). Back before WASD came into popularity and all games defaulted to the arrow keyes [glares at Duke 3D] playing Skynet showed me how much better another system could be:

A[shift]ZX

Why does this rock? Because it lets you space your fingers more naturally allong the larger shift key. With WASD you have more keys easily available but (IMO) my fingers feel more cramped. One problem is in some games the shift key is reserved so I fall back on WASD (I think I played WoW WASD).

Oh and when I bought a new mouse recently it had to have 5 buttons for FF, I absolutly need my grenades on my mouse, it makes them so much easier to use. Mouse 4 = 2ndary, Mouse 5 = Primary. Normally mouse 3 in FPS is my secondary weapon, but I still need to go through the class configs and bind it to the apropriate slot, preferably with a swap script to go between primary and secondary.
