Im not a noob and love playing non league maps even though I run a league.
Variety is the spice of life or some crap. This map pwns. I never liked Vidars for league play but love that map. Im sure this map will be awesome to pub on and for matchs only time will tell. If it is popular he can always do league version maybe with some suggestions. |

It's probably not such a good idea to start a competitive play-oriented map at this point anyway.

That building looks like a stoner's version of a big american barn, and they just look awkward by default:
urgh Might look better if you make the middle layer shorter. The end just seems a bit tall and thin and ungainly. I like the enourmous hills in the skybox |

I think http://usera.imagecave.com/bumgravy/forty100005.jpg looks better
I like the "stoner's version of a big american barn" it reminds me a lot of the tribes bases. |

Great on the skybox.
Not really feeling all of the repetitive textures. Add more detail, more variation. Maybe put columns against the walls? Windows? Make different sections with different textures? And the blockish edge of the curb doesn't really do me very well either. Generally too blocky for my taste. I dont know what else to suggest right now, my mind is elsewhere |

with that 'barn' looking building, i'm not sure what it's supposed to be, but perhaps you could add windows into the centre section and in the roof? give it some detail
