Scripts for RJs?
Hahahahaha. The dispenser and other tweaks would be possible, and since I don't think VAC2 works with third-party mods, you won't get banned from Steam for any of them.

the fact that you supposedly have a legal or natural right to an opinion is irrelevant
furthermore, should you really keep an opinion if you can't summon any logic to support it ? taste and properties of something, even if linked, are distinct. there is no link between the level of like or dislike of something and its actual worth or definition. |

I don't really get why people insist on comparing CS and TFC, just because they happened to be based on the same engine. Each to their own, TFC is shite now IMO but I still enjoy spacking away at CS every now and again. I expect when TF2 and/or FF comes out, I wont really bother with CS, but it is fun to pick up and play, even though I have no idea of tactics and stuff (much like a newbie for TFC).
Interesting comment above though; no VAC in FF? What form will anti-cheat take then? |

Normally in CS you can concentrate on bombspots fairly easily, as you'll always have roughly standard tactics in action, on the CT side especially. There are less players than a TFC match and it's very rare you'll need to switch between all 10 players at any time - usually switching between individuals will be done in clutch situations and so on, else it will be locational or in groups. The only thing that perhaps does confuse things is that, as you said, CS games can be won and lost before anybody has even got the bomb near a site. However, it's extremely rare that any clan will completely forget about trying to plant a bomb in order to go out and kill everyone on the other team as a primary target. I'm not saying TFC couldn't work, I just don't think having pretty much 2 'games' going on at once is an easy thing to exhibit to a wider audience than those who actually play TFC or even computer games. |

TFC and Counter-Strike? Apples and oranges. Why not compare Insta-gib UT to Rainbow Six?

^^ haha nice show ^^
so good in fact it inspired me with this little prose the beta tester team really seems to be working hard, which sucks, because why didn't they post more reviews in this thread ? they leak the damn thing - they get toasted. i know. it really look like they're respecting the rules, they're not a collective giant douchebag.. (in case you don't get it skip a line out of two when you read it) Last edited by o_ivaqual; 12-06-2006 at 11:13 PM. |

The fact that one lives in America and the supposed rights one acquires living there is also irrelevant. You also didn't address the second part of my post. You fail. |
