Exclamation [Help] Mouse Movement Recorder

Mouse Movement Recorder link:
http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/millard1/Mouse Optimization Guide/www.overclock.net/1932377-post1.html

I haven't run it for years and forgot what readings are normal.

I use the MarkC Windows 10 mouse fix (Windows_10+8.x_MouseFix_ItemsSize=100%_Scale=1-to-1_@6-of-11.reg)
and have tried both with and without Logitech Gaming Software.

In Windows - 1:1 Ratio : http://i.imgur.com/2KN88e3.jpg
In Game - Messy Ratio. : http://i.imgur.com/gczUEm5.jpg

m_rawinput "1". and have tried the launch commands -noforcemspd -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel

Besides Reddit, where is the best place to ask such questions? I'm out of touch.

edit: I assume it's OK.

"(NOTE: If you use Windows 8.1 and have too much green and red, see more information below.)
(NOTE: While running a game, you may see many red and green lines.
Games that need a fix usually frequently re-position the pointer and this confuses MouseMovementRecorder.exe but DOES NOT mean acceleration."
