Times passes fast guys. Here's some food for thought. Many of us started playing TFC and HLDM over dialup or on a connection that was damned close.

Yikes...

Have been recently trying to get older games installed on Windows 8.1.....what a pain in the ass...

Aside from Steam, I also have Origin, and GOG. Not to mention a bunch of "classic" system emulators. I am keeping Win7 for as long as possible, because I'm not having any issues with any older software I'm running.
