Few question about hosting a server
Ok i have a server up and running now but i want to run more but can't because i get this message from steam " Failed to start game (app already running)." whats the best work around this so i can run more than one server of my vps ?

Are you using the GUI version of srcds.exe? If you use the command line version, you shouldn't even need Steam installed.
