This is the error messgae steam give's me. What can I do about it? 0.o

Restart steam, or wait a few minutes. Steam does this with all games once in a rare while.

-_-, sometimes I wish steam would just let me use exes in the game folders without having steam on. I like steam for many reasons, but the fact that it's DRM is pretty damn annoying. once I had to reinstall steam just because half life 2 didn't feel like starting up in steam, and than I lost all my steam games/saves because I didn't know it would wipe everything.

I decided to not play and do something else, but days later I noticed.. it still doesn't work, come on steam -_-
