Updated LUA for Dustbowl
I would like a new base_ad LUA for the map ff_dustbowl and here is what I would like changed:
- Add the ability to throw the flag - Add the ability for each team to play offense. Time Limit 20 minutes. Once the first team has capped all 3 points, the map switches teams and resets the time limit to 20 minutes. - Add the ability for offensive demomen to be able to detonate the 2 walls that open up separate paths for cp1 and cp2 instead of them opening after a set amount of time. If the latter changes cannot be done right away due to difficulty, I will settle for just the ability to throw the flag for now but ultimately, this is how I would like dustbowl to work on my server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

The last two things might not be possible without a new bsp, since the gates are breakables instead of doors (you can't just close them), and because there are no detpack triggers at the side routes. Might be possible with entity editing, however (which doesn't require the player to download a new bsp).

Maybe a trigger to just mp_restartround then when the offensive team caps all 3 points instead of automatically changing the map? |
