Program full of horribleness and hackery and more horribleness.

Drag the points around if that's not clear. Its not very user friendly and can be quite annoying, but it works.

Radius is from center to the farthest out point
Snap to grid rounds hammer coordinates to whole numbers (and complex objects don't like this at all)

Edit: New version to fix bugs

Numbers with long decimal places were being written in E notion, thus fucking everything up.
Also changed to round out to only 4 decimal places anymore is worthless it seems.
The radius is now actually calculated correctly
Triangles actually work now instead of only sometimes working
