Having a problem with LAN
Hello I'm a TFC quad/conc LAN dweller and I'm trying to try out some FF maps and when I go to create a server a huge majority of the custom maps that I've downloaded off this website don't let me pick a class after I've picked a team.
Any help would be very appreciated. I've been able to load some maps and play but a lot of them don't let me pick a class. |

Seems like you are missing the 'mapname.lua' should be in the same folder as your mapname.bsp.

This is a known bug. Lua files don't always download.
http://forums.fortress-forever.com/s...ad.php?t=21852 Workaround is to download the maps from links on the forums to get the lua files. Last edited by Pixel; 10-10-2010 at 08:20 AM. |

the .exe's (FF Community Map Pack(s) 1/2) in my sig have a lot of custom maps with all the files you need. They aren't very up to date anymore since I've been going thru a lot of shit lately and haven't been around enough to even map much less do extra shit...but that should give you a good start at least.
