Problem Installing FF.

I have downloaded Fortress Forever and installed it and all, but when i install FF on Steam(Which installs Source SDK) and start FF, i come to a video testing program. The weird thing is that Everytime i start FF, it says this:
The game is unavailible. Please try again at another time.
Then the source tester starts up. Any resource in this problem and what causes it?

make sure you have source sdk base. not source sdk.
