After a very quick google I believe it wasn't show in the UK. It will be shown on the 28th followed by the finale again.

Quote:
On Monday 24 May at 5am, catch the live simulcast of LOST: The End, a two and a half hour unmissable landmark event in television history. The finale will then be repeated on Tuesday 25 May at 9pm.

On Friday 28 May at 7pm, Sky1 HD and Sky1 will kick off an evening celebrating LOST with a two hour US special entitled LOST: THE FINAL JOURNEY. The documentary will take a retrospective look at the past six seasons of the series and delve into what has transpired during the current season as a primer leading into the finale.

The ending was pretty decent. All the people I know pretty much hated it. I thought it was satisfactory--there's not a lot else they could have done to explain how convoluted they made the show. I was mostly disappointed with how little of the show they really explained though. They don't explain the island, they don't explain Walt, they don't explain time travel, they don't explain a lot of shit. So that sorta sucks.

You know, I still can't make up my mind whether I liked it or not. They say it was character driven, they never mentioned that before as far as I know. I didn't get that impression throughout the 5 seasons. Pretty much every ep ended in a mysterious island related cliffhanger.

Well the island was just an excuse to tell you about the characters. Personally, I watched it for the characters. But, ultimately the story represented why they were there. Their own ending tells you flat out that nothing in the show mattered other that they met each other and lived happily ever after.

I'm not happy with that. I like the character's struggles, and I like how they were resolved, but I want to know more than they told us. CBS is primarily to blame, as they've been advertising "all will be revealed" when the writers and directors pointed out that they had no desire to explain everything. However, I wish they explained more than they did. I wouldn't feel like nothing mattered otherwise.

"The New Man in Charge" is the epilogue of LOST that will be released on August 24.

Discussed here:

"Get a glimpse of Ben Linus in action in the "Lost" DVD special feature "New Man in Charge," which will be a part of "Lost: The Complete Sixth and Final Season" and "Lost: The Complete Collection," available on DVD & Blu-ray on August 24":

Nah, not really "OMG" exiting, I just wanted to use the gif.
