If anyone uses OpenOffice writer a lot

Hi,

If anyone uses Writer a lot, could they post a link about numbering pages?

I know how to insert page numbers, but I'd like to know about starting numbered pages after the first page, and being able to miss some out if necessary.

That's pretty much it, thanks. Just seemed impossible without some kind of written help - problems with page styles and stuff. Inserting a manual break helped.

I think I can go from there.
