(Llama) iTunes TAX!?

I have about 7 bucks on an iPod account from way back when. I decided to buy Peggle for my iPod for $4.99. I get an e-mail like 2 days later with a receipt showing that I was charged an extra $0.31 on TAX! Since when did iTunes start fucking people over even more!?

Mine is the NO state.
I just made TWO other orders from different sites with NO taxes.

I'm going to go on their dumb supoert chat thing to bitch at them...

According to iTunes my state DOES tax for software... Valve doesn't....
