What are all the console commands for voice chat and what do they do?

Check your key settings it will tell you what the defaults are.

for server settings

sv_voiceenable, allows voice com between teammates.
sv_alltalk is just that. For alltalk to work you must have the above set to 1 also. 0 turns them off.
