Recruiting new admins for #FF.SNT EU servers

Greetings,

Might be that some of you already know me. My name is William, also known as Rawh [ffbeta] on several gameservers.

My servers are currently looking for admins to fill the team.
At the moment I've only got 2 of those and they aren't around that much to really manage / dictate the server.

The servers I've got running:
#FF.SNT @ quakenet - #1 2fort only - 2.1 EU // 130.89.175.52:27015
#FF.SNT @ quakenet - #3 AvD & CP - 2.1 EU // 130.89.175.62:27015
#FF.SNT @ quakenet - #4 Tiger & Anticitizen- 2.1 EU // 91.121.158.184:27015

Just a silly question, but how are you supposed to have admins if you keep banning the people that play on your servers?

It might be just me, but how can you have admins if you ban everyone? This whole situation seems counter productive - you invite people to your server, only to ban them? Sooner or later you will have banned ever FF player out there, except for yourself.

What gives you the idea that I'm banning everyone on the server?
