unproblematic errors?

I'm setting up a dedicated linux server, and it seems to work fine--I host on my server computer and I can join and play on LAN from another computer. When I load the server up, though, I get like 10-20 of these errors:

Error: Material "ff_hunted/ff_water_sewers_beneath" : proxy "AnimatedTexture" not found!
Error: Material "ff_hunted/ff_water_sewers_beneath" : proxy "TextureScroll" not found!
Error: Material "ff_hunted/ff_water_sewers_beneath" : proxy "WaterLOD" not found!
Error: Material "models/props_combine/combine_light001a" : proxy "Sine" not found!

Again, they don't seem to manifest as far as I can tell, but I'd like to know what they're about and whether there's anything I should be fixing. Thanks.
