looking for european based servers

can only find a list of 50 servers with my steam client and they are hardly ever populated

i live in the uk and the only servers i can find with people on are based in texas etc so the ping is never great

any1 know any popular euro based servers?

For whatever reason the European servers don't stay as full as the North American ones, however normally when I get home from work (I am working to some strange East Asian time zone) there is one that has a fair amount of people on it, or is full. I can't give you any specific names, as it changes depending on the day, similar to the NA ones.

That said there doesn't seem to be right now.... your best bet is to probably join a euro server during your prime time and other people will MORE THAN LIKELY join too.

That said, my highest ping to any server hosting FF is 220. Combined with the fact that conc timing is client side it's more than playable on that server. (It's a Russian one, and I have played on it atleast once).

ahhh i didnt realise concing was client side, thats really cool

was playing on a US east coast server earlier and my ping was around 120

You are lucky then, my ping in US servers is around 180 - 200 ;D

But yeah, if you join an empty server, it'll likely fill up fast.

This page gives you the top rated servers on GameTracker. Whats really nice is it even gives you the country flag so you know where the server is.

130.89.175.53 died. The machine simply stopped and doesn't want to boot anymore. Remote power on/off didn't work.. I have no idea what's wrong with it at the current time, will have to move the the server area and inspect it myself...

back to 3 servers then :/
