Anybody know any good zombie/infection horror movies?
I'm in the mood to watch some zombie movies.
I've seen Dawn of the dead, and a couple others that I forgot the name of. |

Shaun of the Dead.
And if you go for I Am Legend, read the book. 100x better.

I Am Legend isn't *bad* but it wasn't that great. Will Smith is the best part of the movie, the rest didn't appeal to me. (which is a suprise)
If you want to hit the classics try: Dead Alive (Peter Jackson) The Re-Animator Night Of The Creeps Night of the Creeps has been ripped off a lot. It's a reallllly low budget zombie flick but it's really good. It's basically the same movie as Slither. The way it was pitched to me was "They're basically the same except that Slither has better writing, better acting, better directing and better gore... but somehow, Night of the Creeps is a better movie" |

ReAnimator is a great flick. If you are going with Dawn of the Dead.... it's gotta be the original version. Night of the Living Dead(remake) was pretty damned good, though. Day of the Dead(original) was really good. Return of the Living Dead(all 3) were good, but 3 was more seriously done than the first 2. As for "I am Legand".... I still haven't seen the Will Smith version, but I have the Vincent Price(Last Man on Earth) version, and IMHO the Charleton Heston version(The Omega Man) was the best of the bunch.
