What you've registered has little bearing on what party you vote for, as you've plainly pointed out. Re-read what I said and you'll realize that you fall into the majority

You voted based on party and not on merit, this is why you said you voted for a specific party instead of simply saying "I voted for _____ because of ______".

And I didn't. In those three elections I voted based on the merits of the people and not their political party. I pointed out that even though I am a Republican, I have not voted along party line because the Republicans in those elections I didn't like. The Democrats were more in tune with what I wanted so I voted for them. So this does not put me into the majority, and my post was a case where your point was null.
