Here's the problem with stuff like this...

The biggest thing skeptics like me state is that we'd see more urban legends/weird shit with the advent of the camera phone/personal devices and the like... yet, when we see things like this, we think it's fake due to the nature of the internet/south american legends.

Now, admittedly, I thought it was fake at first. However, after watching the video a few times, I'm not so sure. Oddly enough, that website that was linked lists the exact same reasons why I think it's real.

Allow me to clarify what I mean by real, though.

By real, I mean that those people saw what we saw... a little man with an odd hat. For all we know, this could be a local with a height disorder playing a trick. It's not like everyone knows everyone in places like that.

I agree. As I said, if I was vertically challenged to that degree and people screamed when I went oustide with my hat on, I would totally throw rocks at them. It'd be awesome.
