there are actually quite a few leagues that have FF Ladders...problem is none of them are actually doing anything to promote them. That's one of the main reasons that UGC brought me on as an admin is because I was so avid about advertising the league and getting it started!

I think the mod should be the one promoting which leagues are running it and at least be in some direct contact with each of the leagues about upcoming changes and additions. Not everyone is going to want to play UGC.

I think once UGC get's started more clans and thus more leagues will begin to pop up.

Like I said a lot of clans have an FF league, but no one has promoted it internally so no one knows:

TFL
STA
OGL
And of course UGC

There are a few more that I have heard of but I can't remember them off-hand. Problem is, again, that no one from those leagues are really trying. Seriously I am the one that got TFL and STA to re-open their leagues. And I'm not being arrogant, when I 1.11 came out I mass emailed the leagues trying to get them to start. I email Fornaught at STA to get him to re-open the STA league and the leaders of TFL to get them to re-open their leagues. I also harassed Padawan and Mr.Sparkle until they finally conceded and opened up UGC (and ultimately brought me on board). But I stopped promoting the others and focused on UGC b/c my knowledge base and power are stronger being an admin for the league then just some FF Fanatic.

I urge all clans to join up at any of the leagues currently recruiting, but honestly I just don't think the other leagues have the capacity, commitment, or desire to do anything with FF until "another league" has been established and is prospering. Hence UGC and the FF 5v League!
