TFC 1.6 Patch.

Just wondering if anyone knew where I can find a patch file to upgrade my TFC to 1.6.
Thanks.
It's for our second pc which doesn't have internet, therefore I can't download from steam. But I can download a patch from this machine and take the files to the other pc.

I have no idea what I'm talking about but I think 1.6 is ONLY for steam.
The only non-steam update is 1.5 which can be found HERE.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

idd steam is patch 1.6
and will never goe highter, couse steam keeps you game updated.

To get the latest version of TFC you need to get steam. www.steampowered.com for that. The latest version of TFC is not "1.6". TFC a couple years back had a name change to TF 1.5, which made it as like a stepping stone to TF2 (lets not forget here that TFC's main purpose of existance was to test new technology for TF2). However, the name never took. This was the patch that introduced the new netcode, VGUI, in game voice, new player models, etc, I believe. There were multiple patches since the "1.5" patch.

The steam version of CS is actually CS 1.6 (the last one before steam was CS 1.5) and I guess people seeing that and also seeing TF 1.5 at some point figured that it was the same for TFC.

I don't mean to come across in a bad tone here. Just trying to pass on some information and clear up some misconceptions (and if I did pass on some bad information myself I'm sorry, please correct me).
