No need to call yourself retarded now.
Besides, you think you have it hard? The beta testerz need six different passwords just to look at a low-res screenshot. You don't even want to know what we have to go through to play tha game. Yeah, anyway. Installing mods is pretty easy with Steam; the FF devs have done one better and made it easier by including an installer. Download and run the installer. It should go into this folder: c:\program files\steam\steamapps\sourcemods\ Replace "C" with whatever drive your Steam directory is on. FF will install into the FortressForever inside sourcemods. It took me about 5 minutes to unpack the whole thing on my 2.8 GHz Pentium D. After it has installed, restart Steam and the game should work and appear on your games list. If not, post back here and you will get support from the community as promptly as we are able to deliver it. If you want to uninstall for whatever reason, just delete the FortressForever directory. Just an FYI, this is how most Source mods work. You put a directory in the sourcemods folder, restart Steam, and if the devs have done their job it should appear on the game list. "Uninstalling" consists of deleting said directory. Nothing to worry about mucking up the registry or any DLLs and such. One of the few things Valve has done right. If you have any more questions, do not hesitate to ask on these here forums - the community is always glad to help.

Yep. Is it on your games or tools list?
Also, when you say you find a 'blank page', does this mean you can't see any games at all on your list, or something else? In Steam, it should show Valve's catalogue on the list, regardless of them being installed or not (they'll just be in a 'not installed' section). |

When did you install it? First thing to try is closing Steam, going to your Steam directory and deleting 'ClientRegistry.blob', then restarting it. If that fails, try a re-install of Steam.
