Part of it is the biterate. That video was at 1.5 megs. The last 2 videos were at 2.0 and 2.1 megs. Just that 500meg makes a lot of difference.

Also, Youtube now has HD so as long as you upload your video in the correct quality, it should give the option to watch in 720 resolution.
