Concmap server

Greetings,

I've taken the liberty of hosting a concmap server with FF.
The server can be found by the following name / ip:

#FF.SNT @ quakenet - #2 Concmaps - 2.1 EU
130.89.149.201:27025

Several config settings:

• The server has rockthevote (rtv) activated.
• sv_alltalk has been set to 1.
  This enables voice chatting via mic to all teams.
