Help LUA CTF 4Team w/ Allied Teams

Please, I need an LUA for a 4 team CTF, which I see base_ctf4, but I want 2 of my teams allied: Blue with Red and Yellow with Green... TFC could do it. I'm hoping FF LUA code can too.

I mainly want the allied SGs to respect allies... the allied flags to not pickup/move for allies... And the flag scoring should score for allies. Thank You.

(I managed a quick fix: each team can only go after one flag and I think I allied both teams in regards to damage but I won't know til testing)
