Warpath being made

So yeah, I was browsing the server list as I do occasionally to either check what servers have players in em, or to see what new custom maps are being tested so I can test em. Well, sure enough I saw ff_warpath_b2 on a server the other day. I can't remember the IP or who was in it, so I fail on that, but I about peed my pants when I saw it. So yeah, umm, warpath = being made.

Looks okay at the moment, I cannot wait to see it polished though. Lets hope it looks as good or better than Osiris' version :)

Honestly, I fucking hate displacements.

My current concmap has suddenly exploding in terms of displacement content, so I am not enjoying the process of building at the moment :P

This is why I didn't want to show it yet! But with KubeDawg's conspiracy theories about my secret test flights I had to.

My preliminary projections say I need to make about twenty materials, twenty models, five-ten sounds, rework a quarter of the displacements, and add alot of brush detail.

Hopefully it doesn't get too big for people to download!

I'm taking a break to finish up some paid work so that won't be for at least a week.

theres a warpath map from Hl2 dm that looks ok, it only need to add some elements and remove others.. maybe its easier than making all from scratch dunno
