lmao this map is really weird.. and the footsteps sounds in the metal plataform are really weird too..
U can only be engineer and when the doors open is going to be a massive emp spamming railgun shotgun whatever chaos, i doubt flags are going to be stolen at that map with more than 5 players on each team... we might try it at our server. oh and the map is really small |

No need to react like that, i was just saying that this is not a "normal" map, never said it was bad or something.

I remember playing this once in TFC. Was pretty fun since you couldn't be outclassed ;D We played with teams of around 7 people each and managed to capture the enemy flag (though only once or twice lolz). Now in FF it should be easier to take down the SGs since two or three engies can destroy it with charged Railgun shots (three or more? Someone knows how many shots it takes to destroy a lv3 SG?)

I was actually thinking about making a map like this but haven't committed so its funny im seeing one of these maps out now. I was going to do 4 teams in 4 bases with a similar One Minute lock down to build... after which I thought it'd be cool to remove metal as the gates open for a free for all (4 flags)... and then after the first cap the gates would close slowly until a new round start! Maybe even do a point system where you lose points if your flags stolen to encourage teams to ally against the leading team. Good to see this map out.

This doesn't really suit the originals much.
Also, mixing in maybe one or two engineers depending on number of players on the team might make it interesting too. Last edited by ensiform; 03-10-2008 at 03:34 AM. |
