I love languages! I speak swedish and english fluently. I lived and studied in france for 8 months so I speak the language pretty well. Right now I'm living in Iceland and can speak a very basic icelandic but I'm picking it up fast.
I'd like to put some work into improving my french after learning more icelandic and following that maybe picking up either chinese or japanese. |

It's basically 'old norweigan' so in theory it's not that different.
Then when you start learning it you realise how complicated the grammar is. Pronounciation can also be a bitch. But yes, a lot of words are similar so that helps with vocabulary to some extent. |
