Yes, TF2 has teleporters.

Course, the difference being here that they will be in from the start of the game so maps can be made with them in mind from the start.

if there is no flag maps why would one want a teleporter... the only point of the maps would be to hold the area, and if you have a bunch of the other team in the area the would always see the tele pad there and blow it up...
