ff_dropdown [Last update: 04-12-2006]
Thanks for all the comments so far. I'm doing this for you guys so it's nice to read positive comments from the community. It really motivates me!
I finally started working on the area that still needs big changes so it's good news. I hope I'll be inspired for the next 2 weeks and finish all the rough parts remaining. I wish to have only details to take care of once FF is released. I'm also working on something cool to show off the map once it's complete which is why I removed the other pictures for now. I don't think you'll be seeing anymore updates until the big day but here's a little something I did for fun with the help of winamp. Last edited by o_sh4x; 01-25-2007 at 09:50 PM. Reason: Because. |

I'm glad this map is still alive, although a community map would have been good, maybe we should set up svn or something similar next time. Then have people asigned to different areas eg enterence, midmap etc. That way each person can make their part of the map amazing, instead of one person having todo everything.
Anyway; i'm not sure what you want me to say you've got a screenshot of a stairway and a ramp :/ it would be good for you to get some feedback on the map before you pollish it, if not in public via pm or something. A play test/beta would be good in its current state when FF comes out, so if you have to change something your not undooing too much work. Good luck with it. |

you don't have to say anything....
I don't want to sound rude or anything but I don't need any feedback right now. Sometimes when you try to please everyone, you end up deceiving everyone. I'll just make it the way I want and if it sucks then too bad.
I made this thread to let everyone know what was happening and that's about it. That way, the super maplist thread can be updated with this link and people will have an idea of what's up. Thanks though! Last edited by o_sh4x; 10-30-2006 at 04:31 PM. |

Looks pretty good so far, Sh4x. You do well with architecture and i can see FF players bouncing around in there. It does look a bit claustrophobic, though, and tremendously-tremendously gray. Tell me there are more open areas and variation to come?
