well it is spam, but i dont think its a bot. usually bots have extra characters or just random characters. plus he said "sign up and you get cookies". a very cliche forum thing to say

It isn't spam. The first paragraph is relevant to these forums. The second paragraph is started with "By the way." The blog he posted seems to be very new, and it deals with gaming.

It is basically a "Hello again" thread with a link. You guys are spam-paranoid.
