Community Contest : Fortress Forever banner design !
I plan buying a banner ad on a well-known website forum, frequented by many a geek and gamer, totalling a community a tad shy of 90.000. Design it. The theme of the banner is obviously the impending release of FF, which you have to hype to the best of your abilities. It's not a gamer-only website, so you'll have to be specific about the fact that this is a HL2 mod, etc.. You can submit as many banners as you want. Banner ads are required to be exactly (respectively width and height) 468x60 and a max of 30KB. I'll put on a poll for you guys to decide which one is the best and most worthy of use. When the winner will be determined and as soon the release of Fortress Forever is confirmed and close, I'll buy a banner spot and put it on rotation. The ad will run for 30 days. The winner will get eternal respect and admiration from the community. Go ! Quote:

sure, actually it's preferred if you want it to catch the eye, but if you want to make a static image then go for it, just do your best

Also, didn't notice before but the TFC soldier's rocket looks like a pocket telescope compared to that behemoth FF RPG. No wonder it will be doing more damage...

There is no change in the RPG's damage AFAIK... the only thing that was supposed to have changed was that the rockets move slightly faster.
