Spiking
OK so I I have done everything I know of to fix this problem and nothing has worked. I set my rate to 3000 or whatever. cl_updaterate 100 and cl_cmdrate 100 and I tweaked my fps. When I have my netgraph up It's not showin any choke or loss, execept when i spike my loss goes up to 6 real quick and then goes back to 0. Any information would be appreciated

Is this on any server or just a specific one?
Try running a tracert when your spiking to see if it's a network issue. start/run/cmd/tracert ServerIP

Ya it sounds like a latency issue, your PC should be able to handle FF fine. You may try replacing network equipment to test as well.
