The wierdest thing happened at school today...
A sewer pipe broke, causing pretty much the entire school to smell like a giant toilet. It smelled so bad....
I guess we can say we had a crappy day ![]() Share your weird school experiences! Last edited by o_sizeablessonic; 12-08-2006 at 07:06 PM. |

The exact same thing happened at my school last week. Except it actually came out of multiple sewer grates...

just this year i took a few university classes in venice (italy). if you don't know this, in the winter venice has pretty bad problems with high tides that sometimes flood the city, so :
wake up. get out, realize you can't get around as the water is around your knees. climb back home, equip fisherman-like boots, walk for half an hour through the whole city in a complete normal city environment with people going through their whereabouts as if nothing happened, sometimes having to make detours because there are stray boats floating on the now inundated walkway. arrive in the classroom, look around and see everyone's (including the japanese teachers) completely demoralized and freaked out expressions because no one has experienced that and it's also raining like hell outside. it was completely surreal and we still talk about that in a low voice, completely intimated by the surreal feeling that was present that day. |

Bomb threat lead to my school being locked down for 2 hours 2 years ago.
Luckily I was marching in a Veterans day parade with my JROTC unit. |
