Nice work Goovyf. That is 1000% more readable than the stuff I threw together in the beta forums. You just saved a lot of people some work and confusion.

Yeah, +medengymenu calls for health/armor/ammo.
Engineer's build/destroy menu is +attack2.

Binding.........
I would actually like to see people playing the game without the use of binding. Yeah, it may be cool and easier to put some kills out there but since there are many newer members playing I do not see the advantage to vets having to gain more advantages over beginner players. I see tons of pubs and people binding and even though it is a big part of the game it kind of makes me sick. I do not bind and will not ever bind and I have no problems whatsoever in playing to my uptmost ability.

I agree Ballanor.
I started this thread with the sole intention of removing some of the mystery about binds and such for new players. Let new players have as much information as possible to help them |

Other than sniper zoom (45) I think, I think also that FOV changes are locked between 70 and 110 (may be 80-120)

ok i'm going thru and setting up my cfg fiels today and i have a question.
What are the "built in scripts" that the devs have made? I know there is a built in auto reload script as well as a bhop script. I saw something in the opt. window that looked like a double press nade script (press 1 Primes / press 2 tosses) is that for real? What else, if anything, have you guys built in? Also once I have some good scripts set up where is the appropiate place to post them...do i do it in this thread or should i create a new thread for each or what? |
