How do I host concmaps locally?

Ammo bags don't appear, and most of the maps dont really seem to function normally. I usually download any conc map I see and play it later on my own host. I usually just enable sv_cheats and give myself full grenades with a bind, but some of the other maps seem to have more to them and I was wondering why / what options I would have to set to have these working normally.

you're missing lua files.

Check the mapping section and get the base_conc.lua, and then you'll need the lua file for each map, as well.
