[RELEASE] TFC skin conversions

TRP Medic:

Model not included, requires Jester's converted TFC model. Also, I'll port any other TFC model reskins that you want.

EDIT: Just realized that there's no readme. To install it, put it in the materials\models\player\medic folder of your Fortress Forever directory.

why not include the model? Just give credit in the readme

I'm just about to upload TRP's soldier to FileFront. This time, however, I made it more suitable for lazy bums.

Model's included this time around. Yes, I'll update the medic to be like this, too.
