Seconded.
Now now, be patient. Remember to attach a resume and a cover letter to that application. If you want, I can look them over for you. I am 15 for 17 on getting people jobs by editing/creating their resumes for them.

Of course, the issue of trust comes in to play when you don't know me and what I am about. But it's up to you.
Are you a professional? But its ok really - im getting interviews... but its just long:

1. Application Form + CV (includes annoying competency questions like "What should Morgan Stanley do to remain competitive?")

2. Online numeracy test. 75th percentile or something.

3. 1st round interview - interview with HR woman and manager. Followed by 45 minute numeracy/verbal reasoning test.

4. 'Super Saturday' type assesment centres including but not limited to - individual case study, group presentation, technical interview with MD, more tests.

5. Job offer/ rejection!!

So basically uber long
