Yes a schedule system would be best. I like the idea of filling time slots.

I personally like to take on two students (training them one at a time of course) and do several 1 hour+ sessions a week and get them set on most of the fundamentals of the classes they want to learn within several weeks.
I would offer, say, 8 to 9 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and potentially continue teaching into the night, voluntarily.

Gameservers would be perfect for our needs. The Goodfellas server is a gameservers server and it works quite well. It costs $12 a month for a private.

I will buy a 12 man private gameserver server for SOTF. Of course I would want to use it during my time slots, but other times it could be reserved.
