On XP, I used to use WindowBlinds to get a mock Aero theme, but once Vista came out I just switched to it and stopped caring...
Now on Win7 I just use the new awesome default Win7 version of Aero.
Whenever I go back to XP though, I use either the
Zune XP theme or this "
Dark Matter" theme.
